Delivery & Availability

When will the calendar be shipped?

The advent calendar will be shipped separately, starting in early October. Deliveries are made gradually, in order, until the end of November (no later than the week before December 1). If you’ve ordered additional items, these will be sent according to our standard delivery terms. You’ll receive an email as soon as your package is on its way.

Will the calendar arrive before December 1st?

Your calendar will be shipped during October–November and will arrive well before December 1, so you’ll be ready to open the first window without stress.

Can I choose the delivery date?

It’s not possible to choose a delivery date. You’llreceive an SMS whenyourpackage is ready for pickup, and youthenhave 7 days to collect it.

Can I order more than one calendar at a time? 

Absolutely – you can add several calendars to the same order.

What happens if it sells out?

The advent calendar is produced in limited numbers. Once it’s sold out, it will not be restocked.

Can I see the contents in advance?

Yes – for those who are curious, the full contents are revealed here (coming soon). If you’d like to keep the surprise, simply wait until December.

Are all the products exclusive to Zetas Garden?

Yes. Every item in the calendar is from Zetas Garden – there are no external brands. Some products are unique to the calendar, while others will also be available separately in our store or online.

Is the content the same in every calendar?

Yes – all advent calendars contain the same products.

What is the value compared to the price?

The calendar costs 1,995 SEK and has a total value of 4,500 SEK.

Is it only gardening products, or also other items?

The calendar reflects the entire world of Zetas Garden. Behind the windows you’ll find gardening essentials, delightful surprises, beautiful details, and lifestyle products – all rooted in our philosophy of bringing nature, beauty, and everyday luxury together. Created to celebrate our 50th anniversary, it includes new launches, exclusive items, and products we’ve been longing to share.

Purchase & Payment 

When does the sale open?

Sales open at 10:00 AM on Friday, September 25, 2025.

Is it limited edition?

Yes – the advent calendar is available in limited quantities.

Can I reserve a calendar by signing up, or is it first come, first served?

It’s first come, first served. Your calendar is only secured once the purchase is completed. Please note that items in your shopping cart are not reserved.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Card payments are always available. Depending on your country, you can also choose from additional options such as bank transfer, Mobile Pay or invoice via Svea Bank.

When is payment processed?

This is a pre-order. Payment is made at the time of purchase, or within 30 days if you choose invoice payment.

Returns & Claims 

Can I return the advent calendar?

No. The calendar includes perishable items such as seeds, which means it cannot be returned.

What if something is damaged in the calendar?

We want everything to be perfect. If an item is damaged, please email us at info@zetas.se and mark your message with Advent Calendar.

How do I make a claim?

Send a photo of the damaged product along with your order number to info@zetas.se. Mark the email with Advent Calendar and we’ll help you as quickly as possible.
