Shipping Terms

Campaign: Free Shipping

All free shipping campaigns apply to shipments under 10 kg or as specified. Does not apply to bulky orders or pallet orders. For large volumes, unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping.

Delivery Time:
Normal delivery time is 2-4 business days, depending on your location in Europe. Your package is packed and shipped within 1-7 business days. We deliver with PostNord. If your country is listed in the checkout, we will ship there. Once your package has been processed, you will receive an email confirming that it is on its way.

Shipping Options:

PostNord Untracked Letter
Fast delivery to mailbox/service point.
If the package cannot be delivered to your mailbox, it will be delivered to a service point, and you will be notified about where to pick it up.

PostNord Service Point (formerly MyPack Collect)
Pick up at a service point.
Delivery time: 2–6 business days
The package will be delivered to your selected service point. If you don't make a selection, the package will be sent to the nearest service point to your address. You will be notified via the PostNord app and by SMS/email.
You can follow your delivery via the PostNord app.

MyPack Home
Home delivery service with Nordic Swan Ecolabel.
For parcels weighing over 20 kg, delivery will be made to the property front or curbside, requiring a signature.
You will be notified via SMS/email, where you can change the delivery date/time, request personal delivery at the door, or choose a pickup at service points.

Delivery time: 3-7 days, depending on your location.

Unclaimed Packages

Packages left at the terminal or pickup point for 5–14 days will be returned. Unclaimed packages will not be refunded if the package contains plants that have deteriorated. The shipping fee will not be refunded.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of the item, your postal code, and the service offered by PostNord for your order. The total shipping cost for your order will be shown in your cart/checkout.

Delivery Delays
The consumer has the right to cancel the purchase if there is a delay and they do not accept the proposed new delivery time.

Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply for deliveries outside the EU.
