Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here you'll find all the information you need about returning an item, what applies to different products, and how refunds work.

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

When shopping in our webshop, you as a consumer have 14 days from the date you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase. This means you can change your mind without giving any reason, provided the item is returned in its original, sellable condition — unused, in unopened original packaging, with all price tags and labels intact. For skincare products, the right of withdrawal only applies if the product seal is completely unbroken.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to all products. See exceptions below.

Return shipping

When exercising your right of withdrawal, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost. The cost starts at €9 and will be deducted from your refund. For large items shipped on a pallet, the cost may be significantly higher — please contact us for a quote before returning.

Refund

We'll notify you by email once your return has been received and approved. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank may require a few additional days to complete the transaction.

Exceptions — items that cannot be returned

The following products are not covered by the right of withdrawal:

  • Plants, bulbs, roots, tubers, and seeds — perishable goods or biological material that cannot be returned in their original condition
  • Custom-made or personalised products

Faulty or damaged items

Always inspect your delivery when you receive it. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — this is handled as a complaint, not a return. Read more about how to file a complaint in our terms and conditions, or contact us at info@zetas.se and we'll help you from there.

Exchanges

We handle exchanges by having you place a new order and return the item you don't wish to keep. As soon as we've approved your return, we'll refund the amount to you.
