Dispute
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something has gone wrong, we always try first to resolve it directly with you – contact our customer service and we'll help you.
If we still can't reach an agreement, as a consumer you can have the dispute reviewed outside of court by the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN):
Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm
We participate in the dispute resolution process and follow ARN's recommendations. If you live in another EU country, you can instead contact a local alternative dispute resolution body in your home country.
Swedish law applies to your purchase and these terms, without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protection that applies in your country of residence.
