Right of Withdrawal & Returns – E-commerce
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal for accessories and interior products, without requiring you as a consumer to provide a reason. Items returned in a non-saleable condition may decrease in value by up to 100%.
Bulbs, tubers, seeds, and discounted items are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
The statutory right of withdrawal for distance selling is 14 days. However, according to Section 11:4 of the Distance Selling Act (DAL), this does not apply to products that deteriorate quickly or are damaged by repeated handling—therefore, bulbs and seeds are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, please contact customer service via the contact form. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the product via delivery.
Make sure to include your order number, full name, and contact details. The return shipping cost is borne by you as the customer. The invoice amount via Klarna will be adjusted within 10 days after Zetas has received the returned product.
Products, Interior Items & Pots
If you need to file a complaint about a defective or damaged item, please follow the instructions below:
- Contact customer service via the contact form. If you purchased through our online store, include your order number and full name.
- Upload a photo/photos of the item you wish to return and provide a brief description of the issue. If you purchased in our physical store, please attach a receipt photo.
- Wait for further instructions regarding your case via email.
If your complaint is approved, we will provide a new, equivalent product if possible.
- For online purchases, the amount will otherwise be adjusted via Klarna.
- For store purchases, a credit note valid for 2 years will be issued.
Transport Damages
We always check that all items maintain the highest quality before shipping.
If your parcel arrives with visible, obvious damage, we kindly ask you to photograph it before opening. This allows Zetas to file a complaint with the shipping company.
If your items have been damaged during transport, contact our customer service immediately—no later than 7 days after receiving your order.
Any damage must be documented with clear images attached to an email to Zetas' customer service.
Manufacturing Defects
A manufacturing defect is detected within 6 months according to law.
For Zetas to take responsibility for the defect, it must be an original defect, meaning it existed when you purchased the product. Defects that appear within 6 months are presumed to be original defects, which Zetas will remedy at no cost to you.
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, a product cannot be returned due to dissatisfaction, as Zetas does not offer a satisfaction guarantee.
Manufacturing defects do not apply to bulbs, tubers, or seeds.

To offer Svea’s payment methods, we may share your personal data (such as contact details and order information) with Svea at checkout. This allows Svea to assess which payment options are available to you and tailor them accordingly.
