The measurements in the chart refer to standardized body measurements, not the garments themselves. Measure your body and choose the size that is closest to your own. The garments are unisex but based on women's sizing.

How to measure
Use a soft measuring tape and keep it straight without pulling too tightly.
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
- Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
- Inseam (Leg length): Measure from the crotch down to the ankle along the inside of the leg.
Tip: If you're between sizes, choose the larger one for a relaxed fit or the smaller one for a closer silhouette.
