Anemone Coronaria 'Grape' is an Italian variety that has semi-double flowers with a grape-violet hue. Anemones are long flowering and make wonderful cut flowers. The anemone 'Grape' pis excellent for flower beds, pallet collars and pots. Bouquet anemones are bee and butterfly friendly.

Blooming time: July - August
Growth habit: Height 25-30 cm
Colour: Purple.
Location: Sun to partial shade.
Trait: Easy to grow, Deer resistant.
Longevity: Perennial, overwinters frost-free.

10 tubers / pack

For growing anemones in February-March: Pre-soak the tubers in room-temperature water for 5 hours. Place them in planting soil in a pot, spacing them 10 cm apart, cover with a centimeter of soil, and store in a cool place. Alternatively, plant them outdoors directly in April-May after swelling in water. Water regularly and fertilize every two weeks with Victoria's liquid fertilizer. In the fall, dig up the tubers before frost and store them in a cool, dark place in a bag.
