Gardenwear Jacket 'Kvist' steel blue

Gardenwear Jacket 'Kvist' is a lightweight and breathable work jacket in a smoky dark blue shade. Crafted from a durable blend of recycled polyester and cotton, it is designed to withstand regular use and become a trusted companion in the garden for many seasons to come.

The design is inspired by the classic French work jacket, often referred to as the chore coat. Originally worn by agricultural and industrial workers, it has since become an icon of functional workwear. Today, it remains a staple at renowned gardens such as Great Dixter and other celebrated gardens around the world. It is also the jacket worn by our gardeners at Zetas Garden Center.

Our interpretation combines the timeless silhouette with contemporary details. The jacket features an updated band collar, a button-front closure and four spacious patch pockets with plenty of room for secateurs, gardening gloves, seed packets and other essential gardening tools. The lower section is finished with a subtle tonal check-textured knit, adding depth and refinement to the design.

The relaxed fit provides ample room for layering on cooler days, while remaining light and comfortable enough to wear on its own. Slightly narrower cuffs create a secure fit, making it easy to move freely while working among shrubs, perennials and climbing plants.
