Paeonia lactiflora hybrid 'Coral Charm' – Bare Root
Paeonia 'Coral Charm' is a highly beloved hybrid with coral-pink buds that gradually fade into a beautiful creamy white as the flower blooms. Its open rose-like form creates a stunning color transition during blooming.
The stems are exceptionally strong and thick, while the foliage is dark green. Plant in deep, nutrient-rich, well-drained, but moist, lime-rich clay soil.
Blooming: May
Height: Approx. 100-110 cm
Hardiness: Zone 4 (5)
Planting location: Full sun to partial shade
Size: 3-5 eyes
If you can't plant it now, place the tuber in a plastic pot. The soil should be slightly moist, but no watering during winter. Place the pot outdoors by a wall under cover, or in an unheated shed/storage. In April-May, the peony can be planted in the garden.
Autumn planting: Dig a hole at least 50 cm deep and wide. Mix compost or rose soil with existing soil and add Zetas bulb fertilizer. Place the root at an angle with the buds facing up and cover with about 5 cm of soil. Water thoroughly.
