Verbena bonariensis
Compact and graceful variety of verbena with strong, upright stems and clouds of soft purple blooms that create a delicate, airy effect in the garden. Excellent as a cut flower and highly attractive to butterflies and bees. Tolerates dry conditions and is often deer resistant. May
overwinter in well-drained soil.

Approx. 20 seeds / packet
Light growing. Sow in moist sowing soil. Sprinkle very
thin with vermiculite. Use transparent cover with air holes. Place
cold in refrigerator or outside 2-4 weeks. Take inside and wait for
germination. Keep the soil moist until seedlings are established. Place
bright and cool after germination. Harden plants and plant out when
the risk of frost is over.
